Data Center Facility Manager / Engineer / Technician (Electrical/ Mechanical) Monitor and troubleshooting Electricity or HVAC facility in Data Center, ensure the high availability of E&M system Handle and response emergency calls for incident Manage contractors and technical staff for maintenance services Perform Periodic Tests for facility equipment, inspection, fault diagnosis or emergency drills Execute preventive and corrective maintenance Prepare facility report, incident report and method statement Create and update maintenance plans for facilities Requirements Higher Diploma or abovein Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 yearsrelevantexperience Solid experience in sizable facility maintenance, such as Generator, UPS, HVAC, Chiller, F/S, FM200 Data Centre industry relevant experience will be an advantage Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage Less experience candidate will be consider as Facility Technician For the role Facility Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead teams to oversee day-to-day operations of the data center. Ensure optimal performance of all facility systems (HVAC, power, cooling, etc.). Plan and resource allocation for preventive maintenance schedules. End-to-end vendor management including vendors selections, contracts and SLA negotiation and performance review, relationship management, etc. Plan and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Develop and manage the facility budget, including operational and maintenance costs.
