Terms and Conditions

Job Search OS is a done-for-you job search optimisation system delivered in three phases, which may be purchased individually or as a bundle:

• Phase 1, Positioning: ATS-optimised resume (master plus one target-role variant) and LinkedIn profile optimisation, including one revision round.
• Phase 2, Proof: A core portfolio website with 3 to 5 case studies, plus 2 to 3 custom variants for target roles/companies, including one revision round.
• Phase 3, Networking: Up to 100 targeted job applications, an application tracker, 15 to 25 hiring-manager/recruiter outreach messages, referral outreach for priority companies, and weekly progress reports.
• Full Job Search OS: All three phases together.

Exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your engagement are as set out on the Site or in the proposal/order confirmation shared with you, which forms part of your agreement with us alongside these Terms.

Job Search OS is an effort-and-deliverables service, not a guaranteed-placement or guaranteed-interview service. We commit to executing the agreed scope of work, resume/LinkedIn optimisation, portfolio creation, applications, and outreach, professionally and diligently. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or a job as a result of using our Services. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your qualifications, employer decisions, and timing.

• Current pricing for each phase and the full Job Search OS bundle is published on the Site and/or confirmed in your proposal.
• Full Job Search OS payment schedule: 15% before Phase 1 begins, 30% before Phase 2 begins, and 55% before Phase 3 begins (or split into two execution batches, as agreed).
• Individual phases purchased on their own are payable in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed via UPI, bank transfer, or third-party payment links (e.g., Razorpay, Instamojo). We do not store your full payment card or bank details.
• No work will begin or continue on a phase until the corresponding payment has been received. This applies in particular to Phase 3, where applications and outreach will not commence until payment is confirmed.
• All fees are quoted in INR (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), which will be added where applicable.
• Fees are non-refundable once work on a phase has commenced, except as set out in Section 9 (Cancellations and Refunds) or where required by law.

To deliver the Services, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about your work history, achievements, and qualifications
• Respond to intake forms, revision requests, and check-ins in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables (resume, LinkedIn copy, portfolio content, application criteria) before we publish or submit them on your behalf
• Verify in writing any fact, claim, or achievement you ask us to represent publicly or send to an employer
• Not ask us to publish or submit any claim you cannot substantiate

We are not responsible for delays caused by late responses, incomplete information, or unavailability on your part. We reserve the right to pause or terminate an engagement if a client asks us to misrepresent facts.

• Phase 1 and Phase 2 each include one round of revisions as standard, as described in the scope for that phase.
• Phase 3 scope (number of applications, outreach messages, and target roles) is fixed at the outset based on the agreed criteria.
• Additional revisions, additional target roles, extra applications, or work outside the agreed scope constitute a change order and require written approval and an additional fee before we proceed.

Indicative timelines are:

• Phase 1: 3 to 5 working days
• Phase 2: 5 to 10 working days
• Phase 3: 2 to 4 weeks

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, complexity of the work, revision rounds, and current capacity. We will communicate any material delays.

• Your content: You retain ownership of the underlying career information, work samples, and content you provide to us.
• Deliverables: Once fully paid for, deliverables created for you, your resume, LinkedIn copy, and portfolio site content, are yours to use.
• Portfolio platforms and templates: Where a portfolio is built on a third-party platform (e.g., Framer, Webflow, Carrd, Notion), your rights to the live site are subject to that platform's own terms; we will hand over source files or platform access as described in the applicable phase's deliverables.
• Our methods: RIZZUME retains ownership of its internal templates, frameworks, SOPs, and processes used to deliver the Services; these are not transferred to you as part of any engagement.
• We may, with your permission, reference anonymised or named results (e.g., testimonials, "before/after" resume snippets) for marketing purposes. We will not publish your personal or confidential information without your consent.

We treat your personal, career, and application information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services (e.g., submitting applications to employers, using third-party tools) or as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep any non-public RIZZUME materials shared with you (templates, internal processes) confidential.

• You may cancel an engagement before work on a given phase begins for a full refund of any payment made for that phase.
• Once work on a phase has started, fees paid for that phase are generally non-refundable, reflecting the time and effort already invested, except where we have failed to deliver the agreed scope.
• If we are unable to deliver a phase for reasons within our control, we will offer a refund or credit for the undelivered portion.
• Phase 3 applications and outreach already sent on your behalf cannot be "undone," and fees corresponding to work completed up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RIZZUME's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific phase giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, employment opportunities, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the Services.
• We are not liable for the actions or decisions of third parties, including employers, recruiters, or platforms we interact with on your behalf.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

RIZZUME is not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employer. We do not place candidates in jobs, and no employer relationship is created between you, RIZZUME, and any company you apply to. We act on your behalf and with your approval to prepare materials, submit applications, and conduct outreach.

• The Site and its content (text, design, branding) are owned by RIZZUME and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as necessary to normally browse and use the Site.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For active engagements, material changes affecting your order will be communicated directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties, and, failing resolution, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
