What You'll Do:
You will ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP, executing SEC reporting activities during quarter-end and year-end closes and preparing disclosures and footnotes for external filings. You will partner with Technical Accounting, Legal, FP&A, various accounting and finance teams across the org, as well as our External Auditors to ensure financial statements are reported accurately, in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, and aligned with operational and financial goals.
