About this role
Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India's largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary. Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers' businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare. The role in one line : You own outcomes at the seam between our platform teams and the channel teams that build on top of it - turning ambiguous business goals into shipped, adopted capability. This is a product-owner role wearing a growth title: you'll spend less time writing status decks and more time making technical calls, unblocking engineering, and deciding what actually gets built. What you'll own : End-to-end program ownership. Define scope, milestones, and success metrics for platform initiatives. Translate business needs into an execution plan engineers can build against - not a wishlist. The platform - channel contract. Keep platform capability and channel adoption aligned. When their priorities pull in different directions, you make the trade-off call and defend it with data. Technical dependencies and risk. Read the system well enough to see roadblocks before they land - API limits, data gaps, sequencing conflicts - and resolve them without waiting for someone to escalate. Adoption, not just delivery. A capability nobody uses didn't ship. Drive...
