Location & Travel: These opportunities support projects throughout the state of Iowa. Occasional travel may be necessary depending on project needs.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable individuals who take safety seriously, work well with others, and are ready to contribute to a hardworking field crew.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Class A CDL with applicable endorsements highly preferred, but not required for all positions.
• Previous construction experience in natural gas distribution, pipeline, electric, transmission, telecommunications, water, sewer, landscaping, concrete/asphalt, agriculture, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and safely perform physically demanding work.
• Willingness to travel occasionally when project needs require it.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Additional duties as assigned.
