Job Responsibilities As an intern in our Product Development team, you'll have the opportunity to support the development and enhancement of innovative food packaging solutions. This team is responsible for assisting in the design, evaluation, and implementation of new products that align with customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives. This internship will focus on: Assisting with product development projects and related activities. Supporting product testing, evaluations, and documentation efforts. Conducting research on market trends, customer preferences, sustainability initiatives, and competitive products. Assisting with product launches and commercialization activities. Maintaining product specifications, technical documentation, and project tracking materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Sales. Assisting in gathering and analyzing product performance data. Providing recommendations and innovative ideas to support continuous product improvement initiatives.
