What You Will Do
In this role, you will help run and improve Scopely's global compensation programs, with particular focus on HRIS data, compensation systems, process design, and scalable solutions. You will also conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis, administer annual and merit cycles, and translate complex data into insights. You'll partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), talent acquisition and business leaders, ensuring our pay practices are competitive, compliant and aligned with Scopely's fast‑paced, innovative culture.
