About the position
As an AI Engineer at Showpad, you will contribute to our AI and machine learning initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI technologies that align with our business goals. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to build impactful solutions and grow your expertise in a fast-moving space.
You'll work with state-of-the-art technologies such as LLM models like LLama 3/3.1, Claude models, AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, and AWS OpenSearch. Our primary languages are Python, TypeScript, and Kotlin. The AI and Generative AI space is evolving rapidly, and so are we - we continuously update to the newest models, track emerging techniques, and engage in extensive experimentation with prompt engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI models to solve complex business problems
- Contribute to projects from scoping through to release, under the guidance of senior engineers
- Support the performance and reliability of AI and machine learning systems
- Collaborate effectively across teams, sharing progress and surfacing blockers early
- Design, craft, and optimize prompts that guide our AI systems to generate accurate, informative, and creative outputs
- Contribute to engineering and product discussions, bringing fresh perspectives.
