We are hiring a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to drive the design and execution of our talent strategy for our Go-To-Market (GTM) function, serving our global sales organization. This is a leadership role for an People strategist with deep, hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle for sales teams - from workforce planning and onboarding through performance management, development, and retention.

You excel at orchestrating sales-centric organizational frameworks by partnering strategically with People & Culture Centers of Excellence across compensation, talent acquisition, benefits, and other People functions.You understand the unique dynamics of sales organizations, roles and compensation models, translate sales business strategy into integrated talent initiatives, and lead cross-functional execution that drives measurable revenue outcomes.

You will partner closely with GTM and sales leadership to design talent systems, collaborate with People & Culture COEs and regional PBPs to ensure consistent program delivery and global alignment, and drive execution of impactful People solutions that support sales excellence, rep productivity, and revenue growth at scale.<...
