Product Manager, Corporate Technology

The Opportunity We're looking for a Product Manager, Corporate Technology who is passionate about solving business problems through technology and driving measurable organizational outcomes. This role will own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management of corporate technology products and platforms that support employees and business operations across the enterprise. The Product Manager will serve as the primary bridge between Corporate Technology and business stakeholders, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Human Resources, Customer Support, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and IT. The role's primary responsibility will be defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the company's ERP ecosystem, centered on Oracle Fusion, while also supporting broader Corporate Technology initiatives. This role will work closely with Corporate Technology development and support teams to define priorities, manage competing demands, and ensure technology investments are aligned with business objectives. While all Corporate Technology platforms are within scope, the primary focus of this role will be ownership of the ERP product portfolio, including Oracle Fusion, associated business processes, integrations, reporting capabilities, and related technology investments. The Product Manager will also identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business processes, decision-making, employee productivity, and operational efficiency.
