In this role, you'll help maintain the infrastructure that keeps our enterprise email delivery fast, trusted, and secure. As part of the Email Marketing Operations team, you'll work with Gmail and Proofpoint administration and coordinate with other teams that own the broader email landscape. You'll also own key email-delivery infrastructure, including sending domains, authentication, and mail routing.
What You'll Do
- You will support email operations in our Gmail / Google Workspace environment, including relevant mail-routing, authentication, and integration workflows, in partnership with the teams responsible for Workspace ownership.
- You will configure and maintain enterprise email infrastructure, including sending domains, mail routing, relays, IPs, and vendor integrations.
- You will own sender authority and authentication controls, managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and related sender domain rights, and will document and apply standards that future-proof our setup against issues.
