OUR WORK MODEL
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our local office 2 - 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
YOUR ROLE
As a Provisioning Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers and internal teams have the right access to Cognism's products and services. You'll manage account provisioning and user access, support trials, investigate account-related issues, and work closely with teams across the business to resolve requests efficiently and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems and processes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
