As Senior Director of Product Management for the Agentic Platform, you'll be the right hand to our VP of Agents & Orchestration, owning the core primitives every agent depends on and the forward-looking R&D that keeps our agents ahead of what off-the-shelf models and frameworks can do. The best practices for agentic platforms are being written right now, and you'll help write them.
What You'll Do
- You will set the multi-year Agentic Platform strategy and turn it into a roadmap that balances reliability, speed for product teams, and bets on the frontier.
- You will own core platform primitives - multi-agent orchestration, planning and execution runtimes, memory and context management, tool and MCP infrastructure, guardrails, and observability - and define the abstractions that let product teams compose new agents quickly. <...
