This role is designed to flex with the needs of the business. You will own Tier 1 launch enablement from day one, and you'll bring the technical credibility and strategic mindset to grow ZoomInfo's enablement support for our SC and Overlay teams over time. The right candidate is comfortable holding both a structured, cadence-driven launch program and an ambiguous, build-from-scratch initiative at the same time - and knows how to prioritize between them as business needs evolve.
What You'll Do:
Tier 1 Product Launch & Release Enablement
- Own complex, cross-functional enablement programs for assigned Tier 1 product launches, transitions, deprecations, feature updates, and monthly customer releases
- Define what success looks like for each initiative upfront, and track early warning signs and results over time so you can spot adoption problems early and address them before they become bigger issues
