As a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Engineer on our Conversation Intelligence team, you will shape the experience layer of Chorus.ai - ZoomInfo's Conversation Intelligence platform - turning millions of analyzed sales calls into insights sellers actually use. You will own customer-facing product areas end-to-end, building the data visualizations, charting experiences, and AI-powered interfaces that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable. This is a high-visibility role on a product that sits at the center of how revenue teams understand their customers, with real influence over frontend architecture and design patterns across the team.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable
- Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways
- Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution
